We would like to inform you kindly that company under name of The Polish Association of Beef Cattle Breeders and Producers, ul. Rakowiecka 32, 02-532 Warsaw, NIP (tax identification number) 527-20-04-291, hereinafter referred to as the Administrator, processes the following scope of your personal data: name, surname, address of residence, e-mail address. Those data have been acquired for commercial/marketing purposes.

In the light of the foregoing we would like to inform you that:

  1. The Polish Association of Beef Cattle Breeders and Producers, ul. Rakowiecka 32, 02-532 Warsaw, NIP (tax identification number) 527-20-04-291 shall be your personal data administrator, hereinafter referred to as the Administrator. You may contact the Administrator in writing by means of traditional post at the Polish Association of Beef Cattle Breeders and Producers, ul. Rakowiecka 32, 02-532 Warsaw, NIP (tax identification number) 527-20-04-291, hereinafter referred to as the Administrator or via e-mail at: janusz.piotrowski@bydlo.com.pl
  2. The Administrator has not appointed the Data Protection Officer.
  3. Your personal data are processed in compliance with article 6, sec. 1 of GDPR, that is due to necessity of processing for purposes resulting from legitimate interests enforced by the Administrator or a third party.
  4. Legitimate interests executed by the company include offering products to customers, publication of articles.
    The company discloses also data necessary for execution of an agreement between contractor and a customer. Personal data processing for the purpose of the foregoing activities included in the scope of activities and simultaneously data processing is necessary for the company to create such products and deliver them to its customers.
  5. Your personal data will be processed manually and automatically for the purpose of execution of the agreement.
  6. The Administrator processes your personal data in the scope, in which they have been disclosed by public sources.
  7. In relation to processing of your personal data, you shall have the right to:
  • request access to your personal data from the Administrator,
  • request rectification of your personal data by the Administrator,
  • request deletion of your personal data by the Administrator,
  • request restriction of your personal data processing by the Administrator,
  • raise an objection to processing of your personal data,
  • transfer your personal data,
  • submit a complaint to the supervisory authority.
